Operating out of their 66,000 sq. ft. building in Los Angeles, ATI has their own sound stages and full service production and post-production facilities. ATI also has one of the most extensive libraries of programming in travel, magic & escape, UFOs (with never before seen footage), animal, and inspirational shows.
This year Associated Television International (ATI) will greenlight around 300 hours of programming, all of which it develops in-house, self-funds and distributes. The company's successful syndication strategy has seen it spawn a raft of programming brands that return year-on-year to broadcast television, but also perform at retail through DVD sales and are strong in international markets.
SYNDICATION ATI produces America's longest-running reality crime series, Crime Strike, and a leading syndicated travel and adventure show, American Adventurer, which has been on air for 14 years and also produces for PBS, including Safari and top-rated series Lords of the Mafia. This year ATI launches a new series for syndication, Heroes Among Us, focusing on everyday people who do extraordinary things.
BROADCAST/CABLE ATI programs have aired on all major U.S. broadcast network affiliates; NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, UPN, WB, ION and PBS as well as the top cable channels; Discovery Channel, Travel Channel, USA Network, Sci-Fi Channel, TNT, ESPN, Fox Sports Network, E! Entertainment, Spike TV, ABC Family and TLC.
A prolific producer of all forms of television programming, ATI's "World Magic Awards" earned MyNetwork TV's highest national rating ever, and the "Funniest Moments" holiday series and the "Masters of Illusion: Impossible Magic" series have outperformed most original programming on that network. ATI has produced numerous socially relevant documentaries, many of which have premiered on the CW Network. Two of these received Emmy Award nominations and "America's Invisible Children" won the Emmy. "Real Vice Cops Uncut" goes where no reality law enforcement show has gone before, with unprecedented access to the men and women in the top Vice units across the United States and a behind the scenes look at taking down the drug dealers, prostitution and illegal gambling rings across the country. ATI is developing programming for other networks; including FOX, FOX Reality, A&E, Spike, and many more. DRAMA Scripted series, TV movies and feature films are also strong at ATI, producing the highest rated TV movie that the PAX network ever aired. “Ponderosa†a prequel to the classic Western series, "Bonanza." The film was so successful that it was made into a series. ATI is also a feature film distributor for major studios around the world. Some of the features distributed include Chillfactor, Visions, The Trip and Curse of the Black Dahlia. ATI is always on the lookout for exciting new independent films. LIBRARY In addition to the extensive holdings in travel clips from around the world, ATI also controls one of the largest libraries of UFO occurrences, and this group of clips has been largely unexploited. The incident at Roswell has been documented by ATI in three definitive specials on the suspected UFO crash and its aftermath, a conspiracy theory that continues to grow even to the present day. ATI is also one of the world's biggest producers of stage magic, with Mysteries Magic and Miracles, the World Magic Awards, and Masters of Illusion headlining a slate of specials and series in the genre. Escape artists also included in the magic library with hundreds of escapes from all over the world performed on location.
Animals and nature programs are also very well represented with many hours of wildlife from every continent.
Due to the show Miracles and other programs, ATI has extensive programming in the Inspirational line, from true encounters with Angels to dramatized Bible stories. MUSIC The library isn't just television programming, but also includes many selections from the music world. EMI manages ATI's vast music library, with hundreds of hours of classic, contemporary and country music from around the world. There is also a large collection of music videos in the library with a wide range of featured artists.
HOME VIDEO ATI has become a huge presence in home video by capitalizing on material high in the public consciousness, piggybacking the launch of blockbuster movies and subjects with DVDs like Unlocking DaVinci's Code, Angels and Demons Revealed and its Johnny Cash unauthorized biography, all of which topped the DVD charts, not only in the US but overseas as well. ATI previously released Laura McKenzie's Travel Tips through Republic Pictures and they won the #1 video of the decade and together had the top selling special interest home video title for 14 years running. Three titles remained in the top 5 best-selling videos for over nine years.
ATI currently manages over $300 million in media every year in television, radio and print with relationships with every major media outlet in the US.
RADIO ATI has successfully produced radio programming for NBC Radio Network, Westwood One and Mutual Radio, among others. The shows include political talk, concerts and various news and information formats.
THE FUTURE Associated Television International is continuously growing and expanding into new media areas and embracing cutting edge technology.
